Our bright, safe and friendly Early Learning Centre gives children the best start to their lifelong journey of learning. This page contains more information about Early Learning fees and enrolment procedures at NCC.
Early learning centre enrolment procedure
1. Request Information
To receive more information about our Early Learning Centre, please contact our enrolment officer and request more information.
2. Visit our Early Learning Centre
Nunawading Christian College hosts regular School at Work Tours throughout each school term. These are a great opportunities to meet the Principal, the heads and staff of the other campuses and our Early Learning Assistant Director, as well as other parents and students. 3. Complete an Application Form
Complete an NCC Early Learning Centre application form.
4. Outcome of Application
Your family will receive notification of the outcome of application for requested days, pending existing waiting lists.
Should your application be successful, you will receive a Letter of Offer and Enrolment Agreement. The Terms and Conditions form part of this agreement. You will need to accept the Enrolment Agreement return it to the ELC, together with a bond payment, to secure the enrolment.

2024 Early Learning Centre Fees
- ELC (Permanent): $151 per day
- ELC (Casual): $157 per day
- Late Pick-Up Fee 6:01pm to 6:15pm: $5 per minute
- Late Pick-Up Fee 6:16pm until collection: $10 per minute
Note: CCS Rebate is available on all daily fees, subject to each families eligibility
Fees are current as of January 2024. Fees are reviewed at the beginning and middle of each year, any increases will be advertised four weeks before being applied. Click here for Free Kinder Offset Information.
Xplor Pay Direct Debit (Debit Success) Fees
- Bank Account - $0.97
- Mastercard/ Visa - 2.59%
- Amex - 4.84%
- Service Dishonour Fee - $19.95 (Both bank account and credit card, charged in arrears)
Security Deposit
It is a requirement that all families pay a $500.00 bond per child at the time of accepting their place at Nunawading Early Learning Centre. Your place will not be secured until the payment has been received. Your payment can be made by contacting the Centre and paying over the phone or by bank transfer.

Food
It is the family’s responsibility to provide food at the Early Learning Centre. Our NCC canteen is available for families to order online but this service will only provide lunch, not snacks. Orders must be placed via the app by 9am, and will be delivered to the Early Learning Centre.
