NCC HOLIDAY CLUB DETAILS

HC Dates:
Term 2: Monday, 26th June - Friday, 7th July

There are also two student free days that will have HC program;

9th June and 10th July

HC Hours of Care:
7:00am to 6:00pm

HC Charges:
$90.00 per day (less rebate entitlement)
Additional charges for excursion & incursion days are shown on the HC Program.

Excursion Information
Excursion: Tuesday 27th June - Ringwood Lake
Excursion: Thursday 6th July - Bowling at Forest Hill Zone Bowling

If your child is booked for an excursion and they don't arrive by the advertised time, the bus will leave without them and you will be charged for the excursion as well as the daily rate.

Existing OSHC/HC Students
All bookings can be made through your Xplor Home app.

New Families to HC
Please complete our online enrolment form. Once you have completed your enrolment, you will be contacted with all of the information needed to set up your Xplor account to request bookings.

Important information about booking, booking cancellations & rebate

• All HC Bookings will be finalised the week before school term ends to ensure sufficient staffing by 16th June.
• Any bookings made after the 16th June will be based on availability.
• 7 days' notice is required for cancellation of a Holiday Club booking. All cancellations less than 7 days prior to your booked day(s), will be marked as an absence and charged.
• New families, if your child doesn’t attend on their first booked day, your rebate will not be paid by the government until they first attend.
