This is a Chrome cache issue on local devices, if someone is having issues accessing the link they will need to clear their browser cache per the following instructions -

https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop

Alternatively they could use their mobile phones, incognito or another web browser and so on
