On the 14th of August Kate Pincheira, our NCC Primary Art teacher went to Parliament as a representative of ADRA - Adventist Development and Relief Agency, having done some volunteer work and fundraising art for ADRA.
Women Leaders from 12 different Christian denominations went as representatives of the organisation, Micah, who empower Australian Christians to advocate on the most urgent global justice issues facing our world today – extreme poverty, rising conflict, and climate change, to Members of Parliament. The 2024 campaign, “A Safer World For All.”
Kate also did Live Worship Art for the Micah women leaders, speaking with them about the art, now set to hang in Micah’s Head Office in Newcastle.
