Last week a group of our secondary students participated in the EISM Champions Carnival. For our students to receive an invitation to EISM Champions’ Athletics Carnival one had to place first in the Division 3 carnival or be in the top group out of the 22 schools in the association, across all three divisional carnivals.

Just missing out on medals and placing 4th were the U15 Boys Relay team and Mitchell in U13 Boys shot put.
This was one of the smallest teams from our school that have been invited to participate in the Champions’ Athletics Carnival, so we are very proud of each of our competitors for their outstanding effort.
A BIG thank you to Mrs Allen and Mr Selent for your work putting together our sporting carnivals this year! Thank you also to Mr Thompson for your work with our relay teams – your experience has been invaluable in training.
